I have been a horse enthusiast my entire life and began taking lessons around the age of 4 years old.  Over the years my hunger for learning and exploring all things in the equestrian world has only grown.  This passion has lead me to pursue a career in equine bodywork and wellness.

Upon graduating high school, I earned the amazing opportunity to ride for South Dakota State University on their NCEA and IHSA teams.  After 2 freezing winters, I transferred to the University of Florida to complete my undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences.  While living in Gainesville I was able to really explore the holistic healing side of the horse world and was immediately fascinated by the incredible changes I could see it making on my horses overall health, well being and performance.

June of 2014, I became a certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist and Electro-Acupressure Practitioner.  That Fall, my husband and I moved to Auburn, Alabama.  During that time I built a client base in Alabama and Georgia while really growing my knowledge, skill, and passion for massage therapy.  I discovered many of the reoccurring issues I was working on were caused by poor saddle fit. With that in mind, I decided that I wanted to not only fix sore backs but prevent future damage through proper saddle fit.

In June of 2016, I became a technical advisor for Devoucoux saddles covering the majority of the Southeast region.  My training to become a technical advisor included intensive saddle fit training in Biarritz, France and throughout the US.  Through my time with Devoucoux, I was exposed to a wide range of horses and really honed my skill for saddle fit and how it affects the entire body and overall performance.  I worked with some of the top equine and human athletes in our sport across multiple disciplines to create the best fit possible for their performance.

In January 2019, my husband and I moved to Bentonville, Arkansas.  While in Northwest Arkansas I continued to develop my Bodywork skills, continued my education and became a pillar of the equine wellness community.  During this time, I developed Sport Horse Alchemist, an all natural product line made for horse and rider wellness.

I will be forever grateful for my time in NWA.

In October 2024, my family and I moved to the Tampa area and I am so excited to bring my knowledge, experience, and skills to the area.

My promise to my clients (horses and humans) is to continue to learn and grow as an equine bodyworker.

Continuing education is an important part of my responsibility to provide the best care for your horse.  I attend multiple continuing education events per year, along with online events, and stay up to date with educational podcasts and books.
